ผู้นำฟื้นฟูศีลธรรมโลก คือ กลุ่ม ของนิสิต นักศึกษาที่มีใจและต้องการมีส่วนร่วมในการส่งเสริมศีลธรรม และคุณธรรมให้กับเด็กๆ ด้วยการเป็นอาสาสมัคร ที่จะเป็นผู้นำด้านศีลธรรม ให้กับน้องๆ เพื่อฟื้นฟูศีลธรรมบนโลกของเรา โดยภารกิจหลัก คือ การทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้นำกิจกรรมต่างๆ ให้กับน้องๆ ซึ่งมีหลายกิจกรรม เพื่อให้น้องๆ สนุกในการศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนา เช่น นำชมนิทรรศการ , นำเล่นเกมถาม-ตอบพุทธประวัติ , นำเล่นเกมเพื่อการเรียนรู้ , การแต่งชุด mascot , การจัดสอบประเมินมาตรฐานศีลธรรม , การดูแลอาจารย์ เด็กๆ และการส่งกลับประทับใจ ให้กับเด็กดี v-star กว่า 500,000 คนทั่วประเทศ

ล่าสุด คุณครูวรรณี ซึ่งแม้ว่าจะเออรี่ รีไทร์แล้ว แต่ด้วยหัวใจที่รักในความเป็นครูและเห็นว่าโครงการ V-Star เป็นโครงการที่ดีและเป็นประโยชน์ต่อสังคม คุณครูจึงรวมกลุ่มกับเพื่อนๆดำเนินการก่อตั้ง V-Star ชุมชนวัดนาประดู่ จ.ปัตตานี ขึ้น โดยเด็กๆที่เข้าร่วมโครงการล้วนมาจากต่างสถาบัน ต่างระดับชั้น มีตั้งแต่น้องเล็กชั้น ป.2 จนถึงพี่ใหญ่สุดชั้น ม.2
